Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• For the countries and companies under your direct responsibility, you will calculate and issue invoices for the distribution of administrative costs
• You will work on financial analysis and reporting, to answer questions from other departments across the organisation, about the distribution of administrative costs
• You will collaborate with finance, legal and tax departments to prepare intragroup outsourcing contracts
• You will manage the communication to the local management of respective Swiss Re offices around the world regarding changes in their intragroup outsourcing contracts as well as changes to the distribution of administrative costs
• You will support and work with other members of the team on various projects related to intragroup outsourcing and distribution of administrative costs

About the team:
You will join a small team of experts, globally responsible for financial distribution of administrative costs within the Swiss Re group, as well as management of intragroup outsourcing contracts, in compliance with OECD transfer pricing rules and country-specific requirements. You will be part of the Standards & Governance unit, within the Accounting & Reporting department of the Finance Reinsurance division.
