• we area analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications, covering all aspects, including business processes, data models, governance and data quality
• we document the solution, both for internal and external use (business user manual)
• with steering committees we actively participate in the area of prioritization and release planning
• we plan and steer change requests and rollouts, including communication with clients, coordination of user acceptance tests and user trainings
• we define and perform data quality checks and follow-up with data owners
• we take care of Incident, problem and change management for assigned topics
• we take an ownership for support of users in understanding MDM as subject matter experts
• we communicate and collaborate with international and external user community and decision makers
• we are involved in projects where you drive a smooth collaboration between business requestors and the MDM platform engineers
• you can get also an opportunity to manage assigned subprojects in the above-mentioned fields independently

Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced business analysts and master data specialists. As part of this team, you will take on the responsibility for business analysis and solution design within the assigned field of master data domains. You will also be involved in all steps of the change management and software development process and individually work on projects and tasks assigned to you. You will be the main contact for our business partners and enterprise & information architects of involved applications.
