About the team
Our team's mission at Self-Service Solutions is to provide quick and easy solutions for our customers to get to the most effective services and support they need from ContactOne.
We work in Customer Service and ContactOne is our environment, which unites all SwissRe groups services provided by e.g. by Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate and Logistics, IT, Sourcing, Legal etc.
We act as product owners of our ContactOne "Tier 0" solutions that provide self-service and self-help to customers: the ContactOne portal (ServiceNow), Yada, our virtual assistant, and Starmind our peer-to-peer support platform.
We help our partners on how to best place their services on ContactOne and analyse the customer behaviour to optimize the channel mix: We love to provide help and services in the first place - "at the customers fingertips of our digital solutions" so to say. Where this is only the 2nd best option, we smartly direct the customer to the person, who is equipped best to help further.
