Who we are?
In Asset Management, the Governance & Advisory function is responsible for the implementation and the continued strengthening of efficiency and effectiveness of the AM control framework. We initiate, coordinate and manage various governance related control activities, reviews and monitoring functions according to the Control Framework Guidelines. This includes:
• process and key control documentation,
• business continuity management in case of unexpected disruption,
• regular review of trading incidences and control shortfalls in the market to avoid rogue trading,
• overseeing trading standards,
• best execution requirements to seek the most favourable terms of execution for investment transactions,
• anti-money laundering and international trade control measures to comply with sanctions and regulations

• Collect data and produce the required management reports as instructed by Supervisor
• Support the maintenance of the AM processes in the Business Architecture Model TopEase and support the processes overall landscaping
• Support streamlining the processes as requested

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University student
• An additional plus would be international experience and dealing with other cultures
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Strong detail orientation and analytical thinking
• Diligent and accurate working style
• Willingness to learn, openness and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
