About the Role

Do you have strong English writing skills? Are you a passionate customer experience advocate? Do you enjoy working on projects and events? Come and join our Corporate Real Estate and Services team. We are seeking for a creative Internal Service Expert to cover a maternity leave. You will work directly with CRES Head Slovakia and regional partners in EMEA to create marketing and communications strategies to support divisional/local projects and ensure positive customer experience.

You will be responsible for:
• Internal communication activities and campaigns (incl. administration of CRES communication channels)
• Communication support for local and divisional projects
• Preparation of printed and digital materials for internal communication
• Organization of CRES workshops and events (incl. Environmental Days event for internal customers)
• Management of corporate credit cards and business travel support to internal customers
• Local support to global team with RFP hotel programme
• Support to CRES Head with administration, reporting and projects-related activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• English – Advanced (C1)
• University education with a degree in English, Marketing, or related field
• Previous work experience in Communications, Customer service or in an international environment preferred
• Excellent customer-centric written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organization skills, flexibility, and capacity to work under time pressure
• Ability and confidence to work independently
• Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
• Provide cover for roles in other teams
• Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
• Some travel to Swiss Re locations may be required
