Job description, responsibilities and duties

Let us introduce ourselves:
• We are Access Operations - the humans behind the Access management of SwissRe
• We have 4 sub-teams specializing into specific areas of the access management (30 people around the world)
• We are a part of the customer service organization within SwissRe
• We are assisting our internal customers around the globe for issues around access rights
• We identify deficiencies in processes, analyze them and improve them respectively
• We work together with local and/or international partners to improve processes end to end
• We consult customers on ordering the appropriate access rights to business applications and infrastructure components incl. folder management providing an outstanding customer service experience.
• We grant access into 500+ applications where automation was not feasible
• We create the whole access catalogue
• We participate in multiple global projects at the same time
• We adhere to IT Security and Governance standards and regulatory compliance in respect of access and identity management.

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What should you bring with you?
• General IT knowledge
• Basic knowledge in project management
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Experience of cross functional working and cultural sensitivity.
• Basic ITIL knowledge (especially incident, problem management and request fulfillment) and proven experience in best practices is a plus
• Basic knowledge of information security policies and processes is a plus
• Service Now, Excel and SQL experience is a plus
• Experience within an access management and/or IT delivery environment as well as with end-user support is an asset
