Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will join a small team of experts, globally responsible for the intragroup outsourcing contracts, as well as distribution of administrative costs in the Swiss Re group, in compliance with OECD transfer pricing rules and country-specific requirements. You will be part of the Standards & Governance unit, within the Accounting & Reporting department of the Finance Reinsurance division.

Main Tasks:
• You will load signed outsourcing agreements between Swiss Re branches into a database
• You will create standard reports in MS Excel
• You will create intercompany invoices
• You will perform other position related tasks

University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Student in field of finance or economics
• Enthusiastic about working for Swiss Re
• Can-do attitude, self-starter, excited to learn
• Analytical, well organized
• Proficient in MS Excel
• English fluent written and spoken
