Job description, responsibilities and duties

The HR Process Team is the first point of contact and the specialist team for all HR process related topics and defines, implements and manages a consistent process management framework within HR. Furthermore, the HR Process Team is involved in many projects at the cutting edge of HR's innovation. The members of the team are located in Switzerland (4 HR Process Experts) and Bratislava (2 HR Process Associates).

In this position you will support the HR Process Experts and relationship managers in the documentation of all relevant HR processes and in the management of process inquiries. This is done in a tool called TopEase, a process database. Becoming an expert in TopEase, the holder of this position is expected to offer proactive improvement possibilities for the tool and the way we work with it. The process documentation work will be expected to be done independently, to the required deadline and in the right quality. Over time, the position holder should become a sparring partner to the HR Process Expert on the processes designed. Furthermore, a tool called Sharepoint needs to be utilised at an expert level.
In conjunction with the processes stand the overall quality assurance, linking the operations risk controls as well as keeping the information model up to date. Quality assurance reports are drawn on a quarterly basis and fixing issues need to be proactively driven by the HR Process Support in Bratislava. A larger sign-off round is done yearly, where the process owners are involved in addition.

This position demands a high level of team work and thus only people with good communication skills and a sense for community, client centricity and strong team values will be chosen. The right person enjoys working in a supportive way within the team to ensure that it has a strong basis for operation and takes accountability for their area of responsibility. This means being a good listener and being good at gathering and generating information in a way so that it can be easily understood.

The persons we are looking for need to have excellent English written and oral skills. Speaking German is a nice extra.
It is necessary to have good analytical skills and be able to work accurately at a high level of detail. Applicants need to be able to contemplate the larger context, in addition. People applying must have a pleasant manner and need to be willing to work as a wing person to the HR Process Experts in another country. An affinity to software tools, analysis, technical logic and data entry is a must.
