Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position in Asset Management Payments team is mainly focused on settlement of cash flows generated from financial investments and trading activity. This includes OTC derivatives, Principal investments, Corporate actions and other ad hoc Asset Management related payments. Team closely cooperates with colleagues in USA, Europe, Asia and supports Swiss Re activities in all continents. Dealing with main Banking houses around the world and handling all world wide currencies is part of our daily job. Team also closely cooperates with compliance department in monitoring and avoiding money laundering or fraud activities. Team is involved in broad scope of projects including systems or processes enhancements as well as in on-boarding new business. If you like challenging and dynamic working environment join our team!

• Processing daily payments and ensuring their on time completion in both securities lending business and OTC business
• Investigation of discrepancies in pre-confirmation process or assistance with post-reconciliation
• Monitoring and avoiding money laundering or fraud activities
• Risk awareness and prevention of operational risks, zero fail approach
• Resolution of queries from stakeholders
• Collaboration in new tasks, ad hoc queries and initiatives
• Proactive knowledge sharing
• Seeking for improvements and simplifications
