Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for supporting the Transfer Pricing team in preparing the global and local transfer pricing documentation, along with reviewing related party transactions and assisting in handling transfer pricing audits. You will report into the Head of Transfer Pricing in Zurich and collaborate closely with the transfer pricing teams based in Bratislava and Zurich as well as with the Group's local tax teams which are based in multiple jurisdictions.

Main responsibilities:
•Gathering and reviewing information on intra-group transaction to produce transfer pricing reports for local tax jurisdictions, working with teams based around the world
•Identifying and implementing improvements and other efficiencies in our processes
•Establishing proficiency in finance and IT systems
•Liaising with internal finance departments as well as external advisors to obtain information and advice•Undertake balance reviews and ensure tax balances are reconciled
•Support the local tax teams in transfer pricing audits

Other responsibilities:
•Contributing to group projects and strategic initiatives where needed

About the team
The Group Transfer Pricing team is responsible for all transfer pricing advice and documentation within the group, and sits in two locations: Bratislava and Zurich. The transfer pricing team is a part of the Group Tax team, and works closely with tax colleagues, as well as finance and other operational colleagues to collect data and create transfer pricing documentation.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree in the area of finance, accounting, economics, law or similar
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with an interest in data and analysis
• Hardworking, prepared to learn and advance in technical competence and general skills base
• Able to deliver quality output under tight deadlines and manage workloads
• Excellent social and communication skills, along with the ability to deal with different cultures across the world
• Able to develop relationships with local tax and finance teams across a number of countries
• High-energy, prepared to assist colleagues where required
• Team oriented and able to share knowledge with people inside and outside of the department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in written and spoken English
