Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role you will support the global function Enterprise Access Management by analysing business requirements for required access management products. You will be responsible to design functional access roles based on business requirements and existing applications, and you design compliance rules based on respective guidelines.

• Analysis of business requirements and design of functional roles to standardize access rights and ease the access ordering. Collaborate with business experts to get the requirements and to transform them into functional roles. Manage the access management rollout journey of new functional roles.
• Analysis of internal guidelines on data privacy and information firewalls and design and compliance rules for access management processes to ensure an effective controlling and monitoring of compliance requirements
• Support the 'Need to protect' and Information risk initiatives and align it with the design of access products.

• Successful candidate has demonstrated the ability to monitor and assess work processes, to overcome obstacles in order to achieve goals and objectives.
• Successful candidate has exhibited an adaptive approach when evaluating business issues and has created or promoted effective business operations across multiple countries and/or regions and/or areas.
• Successful candidate conveys conviction and inspires commitment in others to the organisation's mission, goals and strategies.
Professional experience:
• Good knowledge of information security policies and processes.
• Good knowledge of data protection and IT governance related topics.
• Experience in operations of Access Management services, Access product engineering or definition and implementation of Access Management concepts.
• Good project management, process and requirements engineering skills.
• Experience in working in complex environments.
• ITIL knowledge (especially regarding Service Management as well as Request Fulfilment) and proven experience in best practices.
• Excellent understanding of Swiss Re applications, access management as well as access and application-related tools.
• Good understanding of Swiss Re architecture, systems and technologies
Education and certifications/training:
• Degree or qualification in an IT-related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience.
• ITIL certification.
Language requirements:
• Good to excellent command of English both written and verbal.
• German and any additional language (appropriate to location) is a plus.
