Job description, responsibilities and duties

Provide secretarial and logistical support to several Finance Corporate Solutions Senior Management members, who are based in various locations, as well as to the Corporate Solutions Bratislava Office Leader. Act as an entry point for a variety of topics and coordinate requests from internal and external stakeholders.

- Fully involved in the business activities of the Finance Corporate Solutions Management Team (MT), including work that are sensitive and highly confidential
- Arrange travel itineraries, ensure adequate secretarial cover and logistical activities for Finance Corporate Solutions MT members and the Corporate Solutions Bratislava Office Leader, including travel & entertainment expense filings
- Responsible for the organization of meetings, conferences, team events and offsites including managing deadlines
- Prepare presentation materials, minutes and necessary documents
- Support, participate and co-ordinate ad hoc projects when needed
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
- Expense management
Interact professionally with all levels of Swiss Re's employees, customers & vendors

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum 2 – 3 years professional experience in a Management Assistant role in multinational companies serving senior management
- Excellent command of the English language is MUST. Any additional languages are a plus
- Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Self-starter, think ahead, ability to quickly adapt and execute in organized manner
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, changing and matrix environment, exceptional organizational skills and flexible attitude
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Team player with clear communication skills, self-motivated, proactive and results driven person
- Engaging and motivating, strong problem solving with sound organization skills
