Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you want to start a career in process documentation and support the process experts in Zürich by documenting all relevant HR processes?

The opportunity

You will support the process experts in Zürich with all administrative work around the process documentation in TopEase (a process database) eg.:
- entering the draft process into the system
- linking operational risk controls
- updating the information model
- keeping the online information up to date
You are expected to do the process documentation work independently, to the required deadline and in the right quality for the process expert in Zürich.
On a regular basis you will be responsible to proactively review the quality of our process documentations and ensure that issues are fixed accordingly. Further you will drive the yearly sign-off round together with the process experts.
You will become our super user in TopEase and you are expected to proactively ensure that we constantly improve TopEase and the way we work with it.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

You need to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience with comparable responsibility / accountability and excellent English (written & oral). Speaking German is a nice extra. You have proven ability to effectively and independently execute your tasks, in a structured, organized and transparent manner.
It is necessary that you have good analytical skills and are able to work accurately at a high level of detail. In addition, it is of added value if you are able to see the larger context. Your affinity to software tools, technical logic and data entry is of high importance.
We expect you to be a collaborative team worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills supporting your willingness to work as a wing person.
