Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Act as Project Manager or PMO within Quality and Project Assurance Team in Asset Management IT
- Manage projects as PM or PMO sustainable through the whole lifecycle from idea to implementation, establishment of operating model and benefit realization
- Manage Stakeholders
- Coach other team members
- Act as Change Manager
- Carry out Risk Assessment
- Ensuring Quality Standards are met
- Participate in developing PMO Guidelines and Standards for Asset Management Projects and Run-Teams
- Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record as Project Manager of multi year international project implementations with virtual teams
- PMI and/or PMP Certification an advantage
- Experienced in Project Planning and Project Budget Controlling
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, open communication style
- Strong customer orientation: work experience in a consultant role advantageous
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Asset Management and Financial Markets know-how advantageous
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Travel 5-10% annually
- Proven track record as Project Manager of multi year international project implementations with virtual teams
