Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position supports the development of Outsourcing related reporting for the benefit of a set of Swiss Re Legal Entities and Branches to fulfil their governance and oversight responsibilities as prescribed by the Group Outsourcing Policy and Solvency II or other regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely in a team and with a network of individuals that will provide the content for reporting that is relevant for Swiss Re Legal Entities, Branches or Business Units on External and Intra-group Outsourcing. Activities and responsibilities are diverse, offering the successful candidate a significant opportunity for career growth and development.
• Gathers information from multiple internal sources that are relevant to Outsourcing.
• Reviews and analyzes the data gathered to ensure quality standards are met.
• Structures the data into a standardized reporting format.
• Verifies the final report back to sources of content, and with subject matter experts.
• Ensures that all specified time bound deliverables and process related key performance measurements are met.
• Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manages the document and information flow needed to support for mentioned activities.
• Maintain physical and electronic office records in compliance with Swiss Re's internal guidelines and regulatory directives.
