Job description, responsibilities and duties

Data Integrity team is responsible for accurate set up of static data (mainly securities, portfolios, counterparties and settlement/payment instructions) within various asset management tools (Aladdin, Finace, Murex 3.1, UPH, TLM).
Team gathers current information relevant to the data exchanged and quality of data across relevant AM systems.
Team member works on the further increase standardization of the process for set-up and maintenance of static data.

In this role you will support all Swiss Re trading desks (Rates, Treasury, ILS, ECM), EIM team, CIO Office, AM Operations, Finance Operations, Product Control, Middle Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, IPV, Collateral Management. Data Governance, AM Projects team.

• Coordination of Portfolio creation, modification and termination process between various asset management applications.
• Manage data reconciliation processes and establish frequency of reconciliation.
• Manage end-to-end data integrity checks to ensure Data quality issues are sufficiently addressed post trade.
• Data flow process mapping - including trading, operations, finance, and risk.
• Set-up new security masters, counterparties and agreements as needed.
• Responsible for the compiling and processing of the electronic security master file, and other ancillary data files (assist with analytics issues and analysis)
• Analyse and modify un-reviewed security master records to support the trade workflow.
• Understanding controls in place over the flow of data across other units down stream.
• Set up and maintenance of static data in the TLM, Murex 3.1 and Finace tools.
