Underwriting Associate (part-time)

What will be your core responsibilities?
• Interact daily with team members, underwriters, experts and other departments across Swiss Re offices in Europe and Middle East
• Review, check and gather insurance and legal documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness in internal systems
• Prioritize your workload to meet legally binding deadlines
Your additional responsibilities will include:
• Keep an overview of the contracts which are due for processing and which will be due in short time, plan the work ahead
• Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction, respect guidelines
• Follow-up on outstanding documents or items
• Perform other position related tasks (e.g. participation in projects, initiatives, collaborate with other teams, etc.) as instructed by team leader

Duration: 6 months starting as soon as possible.
