Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be a member of the global HR Systems Operations team that is responsible for maintaining the global organisation structure.
You will support the team by maintaining the HR system (SAP and SuccessFactors) for position and organisation related data, and interact with various HR stakeholders. You will perform data quality checks and coordinate the efforts with respective HR teams for correction.
You will support the team with other operational tasks and recurring audit checks, and perform other HR data administrative tasks when needed.
The position is a great opportunity if you want to get experience in working with the newest HR systems and learn more about organisational management.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the global operational organisation and position management information flow in SAP and SF
• Maintenance of position and organisation related data including 2nd level support
• Running and analysing data quality reports and coordinating the efforts with respective HR teams for correction
• Supporting the team with other operational tasks and recurring audit checks
• Daily interaction and follow-up with various HR stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for continues improvement
The job will require initial training in Zürich lasting few weeks.
