On this position you will:
- Ensure request fulfillment in line with defined SLA / OLA / KPI
- Independently work with premier business intelligence sources / internal systems, synthesize information and deliver high-quality results in response to client requests
- Contribute to the continuous further development of iRes products, services and tools
- Support activities to increase awareness about iRes services and products
- Keep abreast of issues and trends impacting the insurance/reinsurance industry
