Job description, responsibilities and duties
Working as part of a distributed team of business analysts and software engineers, you will be responsible for software development, configuration and third-level support for a major financial reporting solution made up of GUI-clients and a high-performance batch reporting kernel.
Your job will include :
- Design, document, implement and test solution features to business specifications and requirements, partially reverse engineer legacy code and create technical solutions, data models and implementations

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Masters degree or higher in computer science or a similar field
- Knowledge of object-oriented software development, java tooling (Eclipse, RAD, Maven), J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and XML and your understanding of relational data modelling and relational databases is excellent. Experience with z/OS, DB2, JCL, IBM WAS, or COBOL is a plus
- Fundamental ability to grasp complex concepts and constantly learning
- Good command of English, German is a plus
