Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position supports Intra-group Outsourcing due diligence activities requiring the development and execution of Intra-group Service Agreements that are not related to the Bratislava or Bangalore locations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Intragroup Services Team and a network of Finance and Legal department employees that spans across all Business Units, divisions and functions of the company. Activities and responsibilities are diverse, offering the successful candidate a significant opportunity for career growth and development.

• Assists in the process and activities by which Intra-group services are provided by new Swiss Re Legal Entities and locations, including the assurance that required local legal, compliance, and operational matters have been addressed.
• Coordinates work with the Intra-group Service Agreements team.
• Assists in the maintenance of the centralized reporting database in support of Group and Divisional reporting requirements as specified by the Transition Management Process.
• Responsible for the Transition Management Process for locations outside of the Bratislava and Bangalore locations)
• Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assists in responding to ad hoc requests for reporting that might be needed to respond to Regulatory or GIA Audit requests.
• Manages the document and information flow needed to support for mentioned activities.
• Maintain physical and electronic office records in compliance with Swiss Re's internal guidelines and regulatory directives

Personality requirements and skills

At least Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business area.
Minimum of five years business experience.

- Fluent in written and spoken English Language, other languages a plus.
- Good understanding of, or willingness to learn Legal and Regulatory requirements that must be followed by the Swiss Re Group
- Experience in project management methodologies and project management
- A process perspective
- Prior experience with multi-location projects
- Comfortable working virtually, and globally
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously delivering high quality results in terms of process, content and timeliness

- Above average Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with and implement new technologies
