Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position holder is responsible for driving activities connected to recruitment of employees for vacant positions, defining the best channels and means of hiring, in order to achieve required time to hire and cost per hire and fulfil the time and quality needs of hiring managers. In addition this position is required to drive activities related to employer branding.

This position covers mainly operational but also strategic HR topics and business partnering with leaders and employees on all levels. The incumbent operates in a complex, cross-country, cross-culture, cross-process and multilingual environment.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop, implement and drive recruitment strategy and provide strategic direction on all talent acquisition matters.
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, the HR community and external vendors.
- Consult senior leaders to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Proactively identify and source specialist profiles in restricted candidate markets by maintaining a network of contacts to help source qualified specialists.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully recognize the opportunity.
- Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and include the use of face-to-face Competency Based Interviewing methodologies.
- Develop and support diversity and inclusion goals by ensuring diverse candidates are presented to managers for all positions.
- Promote consistent use of the recruiting system, develop and produce recruiting reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers
- Represent the company in recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events
Talent Development / Placement:
- Develop and maintain high quality internal candidate pipeline and ensure that existing talent within company is effectively used.
- Assists in placement of management positions.
Employer Branding / University Marketing:
- Develop, implement and drive Employer Branding / University Marketing strategy
- Deliver talent acquisition solutions/campaigns, including university-recruiting programs.
General Tasks:
- Cooperate closely with your colleagues in the local HR team as well as with other HR teams and functions globally.
- Participate in or lead HR related local and global projects.
- Identify information gaps in internal and external documentation, policies, guidelines and regulations, and give regular feedback in respect of issues on policy practicability.
- Ensure proper documentation of all recruiting activities managed.

Personality requirements and skills

You have a minimum of 5 years HR experience in an international environment, including 3 years in a senior recruiting/placement position preferably in financial services industry or Shared Service Center environment. Strong experience in creation of effective processes and go to market strategy. University Degree, strong understanding and knowledge of all HR areas, good knowledge of employment laws.
You’re client and service-oriented with strong people empathy and communication skills. Proven ability to consult for employees across whole organization. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
You are familiar with organizational management topics and have proven record of managing various projects. You are a team player, creating constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm and handling openly. You are actively encouraging and supporting the development and learning of self and others. You are self-motivating person focusing on long-term developments and prospects.
You’re comfortable with analytical and cross-border thinking and have a track record working in a complex corporate matrix environment. You are an excellent complex topics solver, working high systematically and structuring complex topics and causalities into simpler transparent packages. You have high strategic and conceptualization skills, able to drive continuous improvement. You have the ability and willingness to work on operational level in all HR areas, especially in recruiting.
You are a reliable partner, reacting promptly, completing tasks consistently, working effectively under pressure and delivering according agreed deadlines. You have strong solutions focus and are comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables. You have good Excel skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
You are also fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are advantage.
