About the role

- Acting as first point of contact and partner for Facultative Underwriters
- Business coordination administration, data entry and contract management
- Risk portfolio management based on product and market
- Involvement in risk assessment and modeling, opportunity to work with reinsurance costing tools
- Analysis, research & data gathering
- Access and overview of Business End to End process via collaboration with client facing staff and other internal departments
- Active participation in projects, initiatives
- Occasional business travels to other Swiss Re locations
- Work with Swiss Re tools
- Opportunity to grow and enrich your role

About the team
We are dynamic and engaged team of more than 30 Business Coordinators directly working with Property, Casualty and Specialty facultative underwriting teams based in Zurich, Munich, Paris, Madrid and London. We aim to expand our reinsurance knowledge, develop professionally and provide excellent service to our stakeholders.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

- Required education: Secondary School and/ or University education (Ideally in the area of economics / business administration)
- Language skills: English fluent (spoken and written)
- Previous working experience is an advantage, however suitable also for a graduate
- MS office package ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
