Job description, responsibilities and duties

The purpose of the position is to assist Asset Management to ensure proper controls needed in order to run day to day activities in a controlled environment. Ensure the verification, recording and control of all investment activities in internal AM systems in order to reflect reliable and accurate cash and asset positions used for investment and accounting purposes.

- Perform daily cash reconciliations for all kind of financial products
between investment system and custodian and publish cash balances (nostro& vostro cash reconciliation).
- Daily reconciliation of cash transactions between investment and
accounting system
- Process mandatory corporate action events
- Reconcile security holdings between accounting system and
custodians as well as between investment and accounting systems
- Booking of off market transactions (e.g. custody fees) in investment system
- Investigate and resolve exceptions resulting from reconciliation,
follow up on outstanding interests, dividends, pay-downs and holdings

University education (Master's degree)

University degree in economics and/ or business administration, preferably with a finance focus.
Previous work experience within Finance or Banking is advantage.
