Job description, responsibilities and duties
- handling and acting the customizing requests (Basic Article, Custom Drawing, Configuration)
- handling and acting HelpDesk tasks related to Product Data, Product Information, Product Testing or Approvals
- participate in projects related to 3rd party approvals
- maintain information and data in Product Sheets, Installation manuals and P&S tab.
- daily communication and interaction with other SWEP functions such as Sales (requests), operation functions (helping with set-ups), R&D (project managers) and Customer Support in English language (written and spoken)

Information about the selection process
Product Management in SWEP is responsible for optimizing the product range for all segments and markets. This includes making sure we have cost efficient product portfolio and the right accessories, connections and documentation. Also Product Management supports growth in focus segments and graphical regions by giving sales support with the internal coordination to win new customer projects.
You will be responsible for handling order handling requests in customizing system and giving technical support, meeting customer requirements. The role also includes to coordinate and drive activities related to 3rd party approvals and labels.
There is possible interaction with colleagues globally that might require to occasionally adapt working hours.
