Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Validate incoming material and ensure that parts delivered to production are in accordance with the required standard (MQS, EN standard…etc)
Enter and release material in Business system (Avante)
In case of non-conformity:
• Identify and isolate defective parts for further treatment (reject, rework, sorting, deviation…)
• Block material in Business system
• Create NCR, communicate with supplier and purchaser
• Prepare all documentation and material for return to supplier
• Validate and communicate with SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) taken action from supplier
Involve in quality problem solving
Maintain/update incoming inspection instruction with co-operation of QE (Quality Engineer)
Maintain database of inspection record (frequency, qty of samples..etc)
