Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Lead HR department responsible for SWEP Slovakia operations.
Recruitment, staffing and termination processes.
Support managers in Training and Development area, Talent management
Maintain and improve employee relations, job satisfaction and job motivation area.
Provide support in internal communication
Staff council communication partner
Responsibility for compensation and benefits area and payroll
Guidance and support in performance management area
Develop and maintain people related policies, processes, employee handbook.
HR administration
Provide HR counselling to leaders and employees.
Contribute to health and safety
General services responsibility
HR reporting
Provide support to HR business partners and other HR colleagues.
Reporting to General manager SWEP Slovakia and dotted line to Head of HR Europe.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

University degree, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Human Sciences, or other relevant studies.
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource function with at least 2 years in a similar role
Knowledge about human resource in manufacturing and international environment.
Experience of growing and developing organizations and talents.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws.
English language fluently in verbal / written.
Leadership competence: Builds and manage collaborative relationships.
Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
Able to motivate and encourage others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team player, self starter, pro-active individual who is result orientated.
