Internal Controller

• Directs maintenance of fixed asset records including tool-shop and FA ledger and related depreciation accounts, ensures that fixed assets are properly capitalized and depreciated. Supervises and ensures that cost involved for certain investment are correctly allocated and booked and compares the budgeted investments with result.
• Performs monthly and yearly closing for both group and statutory closing and reporting. Prepares all necessary reports required by group and statutory, i.e. balance sheet, PL statement.
• Assures adequate documentation/support of transactions booked and reports required by higher level of Management.
• Reconciliation of accounts at the monthly and yearly closing and ensures its correctness.
• Leads statutory audit and prepares required documentation for audit.
• Participates and assists to Finance Manager on preparation yearly statutory general ledger required by statutory auditor.
• Monthly cost analysis based on cost centers and accounts. Provides explanation on cost differences (vs. budget) to section managers.
• Provides support and help to accounts, checks booked transactions, prepare journal entries for accountants if required for closing.
