Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a teamleader you will be responsible for:
* managing subordinates (group leaders)
* ensuring that training and development is done in right time and quality.
* regular checking of production performance on particular workplaces, identify deviations and counter measures and through team involvement close the gaps.
* leading and coordinating Team board activities and continuous improvements processes.
* facilitate daily morning production meetings.
* enter and secure implementation of corrective actions on DMB report.
* supporting cooperation in new projects.
* Improving relationship and communication within and between departments.
* Ensuring 5S, cleanness and safety of workplace.
