Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Drive factory improvement proposals on a weekly basis
- Provide decision making support for production (payback, ROI, analyses,...)
- Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives and variation reduction to enhance the overall effectiveness of manufacturing operations (OEE)
- Daily/weekly reporting of machine downtimes (failures and stop causes) in system in Production
- Upgrade the existing systems with SCCI lean tools (5S, PDCA, VSM) and machinery to improve the effectiveness of production unit (SCCI - SWEP Culture of Continuous Improvement)
- Production audit and internal flow facilitator (Controlling of line feeders, picking = delivery of goods for production lines)
- Provide Lean trainings, Value stream mapping training and mentoring during the realization
- Leading the Lean support team
- Drive implementation of operational excellence
- Drive and Co-ordinate corrective/improvement activities in cooperation with related departments
- Drive implementation and sharing best practices from SWEP Slovakia to other plants
