Job description, responsibilities and duties

Controlling if the partners send us in time POD’s.
Controlling if the clients pay us on time.
Controlling if the partners send us in time statuses.
Asking the partners real date of delivery.
Asking the partners POD’s.
Controlling the Operators if all invoices have been made on time.
Controlling the Budgets with invoices and approve them.
Controlling if the drivers approve the status messages.
Controlling if the drivers arrive on time on the current destinations.
Special reports making for clients.
Making internal reports.

Information about the selection process

English is MUST.
Freńch, German or Dutch is big advantage.
Basic knowledge of transport and CMR/POD.
