Senior Buyer (m/f)

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal customers and vendors
• Responsible for running RFPs, RFQs, performing competitive evaluations and analysis, benchmarking and negotiations with select suppliers
• Track and resolve project issues and concerns related to category sourcing initiatives and supplier performance management
• Provide cost saving estimation and risk assessment on the executed or proposed contract for client approval and communication of inherent risk in the contract
• Analyzing and negotiating EMEA contracts, negotiate terms and conditions, coordinate finalization of contracts
• Coordinate technical discussions between supplier and internal customers where necessary
• Analyze processes, identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvements
• Interact with Procurement Operations team to ensure a satisfactory customer experience in the entire P2P and S2P process
