Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Drafting, analyzing and negotiating procurement EMEA contracts based on standard company templates
• Negotiate terms and conditions, coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of contracts with vendors
• Facilitate contract change activities (amendments, renewals, termination notices etc)
• Provide risk assessment on the executed or proposed contract for client approval and communication of inherent risk in the contract
• Provides necessary advice to team of buyers in planning to meet the contracts
• Ensure the terms discussed in the policies are followed by both the parties
• Ensure compliance of appropriate regulations. Research and prepare analysis as required
• Creation of contract summary, update of status, retail documentation
• Maintain documented reports for future references of the company

Information about the selection process

Procurement Contract administrator helps in reviewing, analyzing, and administering company EMEA contracts.
Should have deep knowledge and understanding of corporate contract structure in respect to contracts with suppliers, be able to analyze the business and legal clauses and help in preparation of proper contracts for the clients. This individual will be responsible for the negotiation of terms and conditions, coordination and review the formulation and finalization of contracts as well as managing the contractual process from engagement through to contract signature. A Contact Administrator is an important link between the company and its business partners.

• University education
• Experience in sourcing/negotiating contracts (Procurement background is a MUST/legal background is very welcome)
• English on an advanced level (C1)
• Excellent organization and communication skills – ability to build relationships
• Ability to understand legal, risk and business impacts to contract language
• Detail oriented- ability to pay attention to the contract details and find out the flaws in contracts
• Expert analyzing skills along with an ability to interpret key elements
• Work dedicated, proactively identify and solve issues
• Ability and willingness to learn and take responsibility
