Junior Management Accountant

Studio Moderna Fashion Group is looking for a Junior Management Accountant (f/m).
In particular, the job contains the following major activities:
• Executing Accounts Receivables tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Preparation of daily files for accounting (issued invoices, issued CNs, payments from courier matched to customer invoices) and upload to NAVISION.
• Reviewing completeness and accuracy of accounts receivables data (operational data as well as accounting data)
• Performing regular reconciliation between operational and accounting data
• Reporting on all outstanding receivables on a weekly basis.
• Preparation of ageing structure of receivables and supporting files for Cash Flow forecasting
• Actively follows up on overdue receivables ensuring that the reason behind is explained as soon as possible and processes this information without delay. Preparing reports for problematic overdue receivables.
• Matching incoming payments (COD and e-payments) to customer invoices
• Maintains and updates required supporting files
• Supporting FP&A function.
• Performs other job-related duties as required
