Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an fast-growing business in an exciting, international environment. Success in this role is measured by the ability to prepare accurate sales reports for one of Silago’s business. A successful candidate for this position will have to cooperate on a daily basis with international team of professionals (key account managers, supplier relationship managers) and provide regular reporting and ad-hoc analyses on sales.
As a reporting assistant you will be responsible for preparation of sales reports that would enable the top management to understand better the current situation of the business and identify the opportunities for its growth.
The job will contain various aspects:
• Preparation of periodical sales reports illustrating the performance of the fashion mall unit for a given period of time.
• Modification of existing reporting structure in order to adjust it to current needs of the management, due to a changing market situation.
• Preparation of analyses on request of the fashion mall team, which will identify the growth opportunities for particular brands or assortment within the business model.
• Support of the management team in terms of quantitative analyses and data preparation.
• Preparation of visual aids for business meetings, i.e. presentations, along with providing the input data.
