Job Location:
Warehouse in Senec (90%), cca 10% in Bratislava office

Main responsibilities:
• Preparation of Quality Standards for Intake of Products from suppliers – statistic sampling, reporting
• Categorisation of Suppliers and Brands based on products quality
• First quality check while receiving
• Quality sampling while intake of goods, coordination with Warehouse intake staff
• Communication with Purchasing and Inbound Logistics coordinator while problems, problem solving
• Follow up on Returns and Rejections intake – checking of quality level, problem solving – timeliness of Returned goods from Customer, Quality, signs of wear
• Communication with Customer Support cordinator and Countries Customer Care
• Coordination of Unrecognised goods processing in SMFG, Identification of unrecognized items
• Follow up and coordination of Cycle count process in the warehouse
• Performing Sample checks of proper labeling of inventory
• Problem solving while improper label information while goods intake
• Follow up on the Warehouse process
• Reporting

The successful candidate (f/m) brings with …

• Ideally previous experience minimum 1 year in quality check/control area
• Knowledge of Quality control processes and standards
