IT Support Officer for Stilago.com

In particular, the job contains the following major activities:

1st level user support:
- Solving IT problems related to hardware and software
- 8x5 hotline support for all departments in Bratislava and all SMFG subsidiaries in other countries.
- 1st level application support

Software and hardware installations:
- Installation of internal company applications like MS Windows & Office, Antivirus, special internal tools, etc..)
- Installation of new computers, printers and similar devices
- Installation and upgrade of computer network
- Managing computer and printer repairs primarily with external hardware service centers

Basic servers administration:
- Servers’ disk space administration
- Checking of backups, changing and safekeeping of backup media

Creating and managing Active Directory users within Studio Moderna computer domain

Allocating network resources to users and assigning corresponding access permissions on those resources, managing applications permissions
