For our purchasing team we are looking for talented, young candidate, who have a strong passion for both fashion and ecommerce. As a purchasing assistant he/she will be responsible for various tasks related to operational aspects of functioning of the purchasing department and its relation with the suppliers. - various well-known European fashion, e-commerce and catalogue companies.

The job will contain various aspects:

An organizational role: Administrative support to Purchasing department, Creating purchase orders on a daily basis, Operational problem solving, Checking Invoices and Handling delivery notes from various suppliers, assuring that the sales contracts are signed and stored properly.

An analytical role: Together with the subsidiaries of SMFG in its various countries you will analyze the success of various suppliers and jointly define future assortment needs.

A supporting role: Aligning with the countries proposed marketing actions, Controlling of the initiatives with respective local team members, Preparing of Special promotions campaigns in Fashion Mall selection of the product and execution, Control of the product sorting for all Fashion Mall brands, Assisting with printed catalogue preparation and execution agenda and Assisting with further on-going project.
