The Job Role
Reporting to the central CMO, the Senior Performance Marketing Expert will be a very hands-on role to improve and expand the Performance Marketing activities, including SEM, GDN, Facebook advertising and paid online marketing activities. This position will closely cooperate with the entire marketing team, external partners and agencies.

Job Details
The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
• Boost online traffic, customer loyalty, and create brand awareness through various paid online channels and activities including SEM, RTB and Affiliate Marketing.
• Create measurable performance indicators, and manage the analytics of online campaigns.
• Monitor and supervise marketing team on strategies for paid search, affiliate,content marketing and competitive intelligence.
• Researches and identifies relevant new technologies and digital marketing strategies to improve Stilago’s marketing efforts.
• Facilitate campaign strategic planning, operational implementation, optimization and reporting
• Campaign coordination across 14 countries in cooperation with the local marketing teams
• Ensuring the implementation in the countries and gathering quantitative and qualitative feedback to optimize and improve constantly
• Suggest optimization tactics based on identification of trends and gaps from data analysis

Desirable Skills and Experiences
• Experience in Bid-Management software is a plus
• Extrovert and communicative personality
• Slovakian or any other Central European language is a plus (not a must!)
• Highly self-motivated and used to a very challenging working environment
• Problem solver
• Fast learner
