Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our senior management team is looking for a new colleague who will take over HR agenda (so far, administered by office manager) and bring it to next level (to further professionalize processes while also expanding team).

We are looking for an enthusiastic talent with previous HR management experience who wants to be part of a challenge - grow quality and quantity of human resources in growing company (internationally).

New fellow will become a part of our fantastic team (ask our colleagues and they tell you that this is the best team they’ve ever worked with) and be responsible for:

  • Report to CEO and COO and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Develop and implement annual HR plan, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - nurture a positive working environment

  • Prepare and improve labor contracts and other employees-related documents, and keep track of employees' personal folders

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process - with focus to get the very best talent

  • Communication and relationship management with suppliers - recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, job portals, inter/nationally

  • Manage and develop all recruitment channels - social networks, job fair events, university relations (incl. internship and credit program)

  • Maintain and improve pay plan, social and benefit program

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Manage professional development program - assess training and education needs and apply solutions incl. manual, trainings, orientation, events, teambuildings

  • Manage inter-departmental and inter-office communication, incl. internal company newsletter

  • Ensure legal, health and safety compliance throughout human resource management

  • Assist employees with relocation process (between offices and countries, incl. work permits)
