We are looking for an addon to our team - an individual with some previous experience with events and existing passion for event management.

A successful candidate will work within our team as well as travel the world (attending the events s/he will manage, 2-4 events per annum, all abroad).

As an Event Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • securing and booking suitable venues (hotels, restaurants, etc.),
  • inviting and recruitment of event participants,
  • arranging transfers, booking flights for participants,
  • planning room layouts, seminar program and scheduling of business appointments,
  • promoting the event, preparing marketing materials,
  • coordinating participants and suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event,
  • agreeing to, and managing budgets and timelines with suppliers and company management,
  • keeping track of event finances,
  • post-event evaluation.
