Your main role as an International Business Development Manager is to actively search for and develop strong, sustainable and long-lasting B2B partnerships with stakeholders in the sector of international education and English language travel worldwide.

Some of your tasks MAY involve:
- sourcing and building new business relationships with potential partners in numerous countries across the globe (an initial focus on Europe and English-speaking destinations);
- participating in the coordination of the internal research of potential B2B partners for the project;
- selecting and contracting suitable partners;
- continuously motivating and supporting contracted B2B accounts;
- developing, planning, executing and monitoring communication strategies and tactics across all channels;
- conducting business meetings;
- extensive international travel;
- constantly looking for ways to support old and develop new business;
- sending regular reports on progress with partners and business improvements;
- administration and support to partners and company management.

The position is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of international business development, sales or marketing with ACTIVE and FLUENT English. Attitude, commitment, honesty and communication skills are a must. Also, previous experience in the international youth and student travel industry and entrepreneurial spirit are more than welcome.
