Náplň práce:

  • Responsible for providing /organising / coordinating contract management support rendered to STRABAG SE group in all phases of the project.
  • PRE-CONTRACT phase : Contract analysis based on the group guideline "Selection, approval for tendering, pricing commission",
  • Support in preparation of documents for the pricing commission, Advisory, Participation in pricing commissions and in contract negotiations,
  • Development CM strategy and its coordination with project management, estimation and work planning department,
  • Participation in project launch meetings and discussion of the opportunities and risks identified in the course of the contractual analysis,
  • PROJECT PHASE/PROGRES : Advisory to all types of CM questions and continuous on-site support,
  • Support of the operative project team regarding the documentation, processing and enforcement of claims,
  • Support regarding the defence of such claims (employer/subcontractor),
  • Support in drafting contractual correspondence
  • Support in arbitration and state court proceedings, adjudication, mediation, conciliation proceedings, DAB proceedings, etc.

Požiadavky:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a construction industry /civil engineering, project management, architecture, contract management, planning .../
  • Position is suitable either for fresh graduate or for young professional with relevant experience in costruction. Readiness to travel is absolutely essencial.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office /Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Knowledge of planning softwares such as Primavera, MS Project, ASTA, PowerProject would be an asset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Good level of written and spoken German would be an asset. Local language is a MUST.
