Job description, responsibilities and duties

Sustainability
Develop, promote, encourage and facilitate Sustainability programs across Real Estate portfolio.
Specific duties include:
•´Assist in defining goals;
• Research, maintain and communicate working knowledge of best practices;
•´Expand existing Sustainability programming and environmental affairs;
• Foster and coordinate new ideas and concepts (e.g. eco-friendly materials and technologies);
• Performance metrics and a long range plan;
• Assist in acquiring LEED, BREEAM or similar certification;
• Maintain liaison with functions and departments at Company;
• Cooperate with corporate environmental teams.

Coordinate administration of lease portfolio.
Specific duties include:
• Maintain documents and correspondence for Lease contracts;
• Invoice Controls for all Rental, Rates & Services;
• Ensuring on time payments, Insurance certificates, Rental deposits and Bank Guarantees renewals;
• Liaise with Landlords on Lease related requests;
• Regular reviews with portfolio vendor;
• Assist Project managers with Business Case preparation & ongoing various project tasks;
• Upkeep communication with cooperating functions.

Security & Safety Coordination
Coordinate locations site security with International Real Estate, security departments and local vendors.
Specific duties include:
• Monitor Site security systems and processes;
• Foster security awareness program and training schedule;
• Badge administration & policies;
• Coordinate communication;
• Liaise with Corporate Security office;
• Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety (“OHS”);
• Ensure corrective actions and closure of identified safety and health exposures.

Personality requirements and skills

Two years experience of Facilities Management, Environmental science, or related field preferred.
Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired
through completion of a bachelor's degree program.

Two years experience of Facilities Management, Environmental science, or related field preferred.
Fresh graduates (sustainability enthusiasts) welcomed to apply.
