Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position is being filled for our client, financial institution. The candidate will be responsible for:

- Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) analysis and risk level determination of clients
- Assessing customers from the non-financial point of view
- Identify, verify and monitor the customers of the client and its activities
- Implementation of a risk based approach to prevent money laundering
- Establishing the identity of each customer, its business activities, ownership and control structure
- Customer screening, gathering information about organizational structure, its financial and social activities, transactions

The Customer Due Diligence process involves:
- Clients' information and documentation gathering (in Portuguese and English language)
- Client files processing in the internal application

I, the Data subject, under the Act No. 122/2003 Coll. of Laws on Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the ”APPD”) herewith give my consent to the companies Stegmann Slovakia, s.r.o., with the registered office at: Vysoká 32, 811 06 Bratislava, Company ID: 35 958 898, incorporated in the Commercial register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 37879/B (hereinafter the “Controller”) to process personal data provided electronically and/or in writing, including in particular name and surname, date of birth, permanent address, title, achieved degree of education and practice, contact data such as telephone number or e-mail (hereinafter the ”personal data”). I agree with another personal data to be added to the personal data being already processed, if necessary, for purpose of processing to be fulfilled.

The personal data are processed for recruitment of the Data subject at potential employers, temporary assignment of the Data subject at the final employer and payroll processing, namely for a period of three years. For this purpose, I undertake to notify the Controller of any change in provided personal data within the period of 14 days following the day when the change occurred and the Controller is entitled to communicate changes in personal data to other Controllers.

I, the Data subject, give consent to make available and disclose personal data from the Controller’s filing system to a third party, exclusively for the purpose of personal data processing. I also agree with the cross-border flow of personal data, including special categories of personal data, i.e. with making available and disclosing my personal data in the EU countries, while these data are designed solely for potential employers.

Upon the written request, the Data subject is, under Section 28 of Act on Protection of Personal Data, entitled to request from the Controllers:

a. confirmation whether his personal data are or not being processed,
b. information regarding the state of processing of his personal data in the filing system in a generally intelligible form,
c. exact information, in a generally intelligible form, about the source from which the Controllers have obtained his personal data for processing,
d. a list of his personal data, in a generally intelligible form, which constitute the subject of processing,
e. correction or erasure of his inaccurate, incomplete correct, incomplete or not updated personal data, which constitute the subject of processing,
f. erasure of his personal data, if the purpose of their processing was fulfilled; if any official documents containing personal data constitute the subject of processing, he may request their returning,
g. erasure of his personal data which constitute the subject of processing if there was a violation of the law,
h. blocking of his personal data due to cancelation of the consent for personal data processing before expiration of its validity period.

The Data subject is entitled to ask any of the Controllers for erasure of his personal data. The Controller shall, without undue delay, erase the personal data of the Data subject, even in case that the purpose of their processing is fulfilled or the processed personal data are not accurate or up-to-date.

By sending an e-mail to the Controller, I declare that the information I have provided is truthful. I acknowledge that the Controller reserves the right not to accept my application or to withdraw my person from the filing system if he finds that the provided personal data are not truthful.
