For our location in Krakow, we are looking for:

Support with fluent Czech/ Slovak + good English

The Helpdesk Technician will be the first point of contact for all IT service desk incidents and requests for our customer. The Technician will field customer calls, troubleshoot, document and resolve IT related issues based on solutions found in the knowledge base. The Technician must work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service metrics are met.

Key responsibilities:

To provide client support to the employees of our client
Accepting incoming calls/ mails/ tickets
Conducting initial troubleshooting of workstation, applications and network issues

Requirements:

Language skills: Fluent Slovak/ Czech (min C1) and good English (min B2); Polish is an asset
Windows and MS Office; Internet Explorer; company provides extensive training plan
Strong motivation for development
Enjoying working in a team
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
Task oriented;
Communication skills;
