Sales /Supply Administrator

With the development of the company activities, STEEP PLAST Slovakia is looking for a SALES /SUPPLY ADMINISTRATOR, whose position will possibly develop to a "SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER".

Job description/Responsibilities/Duties:

You will be in charge of the client portfolio of the Nitra Plant with the following responsibilities:

SALES ADMINISTRATOR:
• Validate and register the orders (via EDI) ensuring the product disponibility and respect of the delivery dates,
• Ensure the communication between the clients (national and international) and other participants (internal and external) of the supply and technical chain ,
• Supervise the expedition department and deal with the transporters
• Solve and treat complaints (transport, deliveries …),
• Be a support for sales department and project managers during the preparation of product files,
• Establish the indicators,
• Supervise and perform the inventories,
• Manage and develop (helped by the IT department) the functions of the management tools (AS 400, EDI…) with the aim of optimization of the productivity

SUPPLY ADMINISTRATOR:
• Manage the stock of the material and components in order to ensure their disponibility in time, quality and quantity needed
• Guarantee the service rate, lead corrective and preventive actions in order to satisfy the needs of the sales and production department
