Requirements

Proven hands on software product/platform development experience
Team leading and Technical Leading experience
Agile Software development experience and passion
Very strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work in and manage through complex environments and stressful situations
Experience in managing complex development, work streams, projects, people
Proven experience in successfully building software for global companies
Proven experience in leading and managing people and working hand in hand with a team
Experience in working in multi-cultural environment

Additionally

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related disciplines
Passion for technology, software, leadership and relationships building
Primary focus on achieving high quality and on-time delivery through both personal hands-on involvement and delegation
Provide managerial and/or technical support to team leaders, tech-leaders, managers
Mentoring of subordinates and teams to achieve constant improvement in technical execution and professional behavior based on good relationships
Work hand in hand with Recruitment and HR to ensure stability and growth of the assigned teams
Work with Global Sales on exploring and supporting new business opportunities
Work with Program Management Office to ensure implementation of process improvements and execution of corporate campaigns
Act as the single point of escalation for customers, onsite engagement managers and sales
Identify potential risks and work on risk mitigation plans
Actively promote positive attitude, innovations, knowledge sharing
