Billing Analyst Europe

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of billing, billing adjustments and billing issue resolution for European countries: UK, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Benelux, CEE region as well as coordinating information between billing system and various support teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of billing and billing adjustments
- Print and mail all customer invoices on a daily basis, upload invoices into customer’s portals, ensure the invoices were correctly transmitted where automated (EDI)
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer service department to obtain information necessary for billing adjustment requests
- Resolve any billing errors, process invoice cancellations upon request from A/R department
- Reconcile daily transactions within billing system
- Maintain current documentation for process and procedures
- Work with and for the AR department members in order to ensure correct billing of the customers
- Support billing by processing invoice requests
- Verify pricing to products defined by standard price lists or price change requests
