Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Order Management Intern coordinates daily customer service operations, handles administrative requests and queries from Order Management Team Leads and/or Manager.
What will you work on?
- Assist in order processing and communication with customers in a timely manner
- Assist in managing order issues such as pricing, incomplete orders, proof of delivery
- Answer and direct internal and external calls
- Partner with Supply Chain to resolve issues
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in collecting data to negotiate non-compliance charges
- Document internal procedures and customer’s procedures
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by OMS Team Lead and Manager, Order Management
